Microaggressions are subtle, everyday remarks people make that are offensive to the receivers who are often from marginalized groups. Microaggressions may seem like a compliment or a harmless comment which makes it difficult to recognize and manage in our interpersonal interactions.
I gave two workshops to ASML employees at the International Women's Day organization and it was stiriking to see both sessions were absolutely full with a long waiting list.
This interactive workshop features a blend of theoretical information, discussions on real-life scenarios, and hands-on activities to encourage active participation. Participants leave this session more equipped to recognize microaggressions and with tools to effectively respond to microaggressions in the workplace as well as in personal domain.
